Many of you already know this, but it's now official. In a couple of hours I will be taking posession of an 8-month-old callico kitty! Currently her name is Olive, but I'm going to be changing it to Cara, which is Italian for beloved. I got to hold her for a little bit a few minutes ago and now she's on her way to the vet to get her first shots. She's fixed, so I won't have to go through the howling and youling that I went through with my last female cat. I got all the supplies for her this morning, but I just realized that i didn't get her any treats! But I think this time I've got an animal that will allow me to interact with it, and get a lot of cuddles and purrs along with it.
