@purplerabbit@goo.dgirl.gay for folks who don't own a (smart)phone, the phone number requirement and desktop client not being a primary device have been pretty big issues which are at most able to circumvent with a lot of hackery

@littlerao@chaos.social @purplerabbit@goo.dgirl.gay - my main bug bear is that Signal for teens/pre-teens with simless devices (or heavily restricted ones) is a great combination that is impossible currently. So they all end up on Facebook Messenger or worse currently. Fixing this to give parents and kids a better/easier to access option would be wellcome
