I see that Trump (IA not AI) is offering to withdraw the Todd Blanche nomination. He almost has to do that. John Cornyn and a couple of others are threatening to kill the confirmation, making a big deal over it. What's interesting is that Blanche does not need the confirmation to continue to run the DOJ as long as Trump wants! IA can hold that over his head and make him dance. Blanche was Senate confirmed as Deputy AG and as ACTING AG he has 100% of the power of the full Attorney General. Also, there is no time limit that he can remain ACTING! BTW IA stands for "Immature Asshole"!
