Next variety to ripen are the Costoluto Fiorentino. A medium-sized ribbed, relatively early, heirloom. We eat them fresh, but use them for roasting later in the season when the later heirlooms come in.

#gardening #GrowYourOwn #tomatoes Lots of varieties of tomatoes starting to ripen now, but the next one in most quantity are the Jaune Flamme. These are yellow/orange, about twice the size of cherry tomatoes. Third year I've planted them and they are now one of my favorites for salads and eating fresh.
