I've been reading _What We Cannot Know_ by Marcus du Sautoy for several months, after several years of it loitering in my bedside table stack of books. My #SummerReadingChallenge finally persuaded me to finish it. It's an exploration of the edges of scientific knowledge and whether we know whether there are things that we'll never know. It's basically taken me a long time to read it because most of it's really interesting.
