@BastilleBSD@fosstodon.org every time I've thought of getting a VPN service I never did exactly because I don't want to change one spying entity (my ISP provider) for another (the VPN provider). It's true that maybe accessing streaming content that's only available in another country is a good use for it, and I don't think it would compensate for the effort of setting up Wireguard in a VPS... all in all, nice write up.
