@lifewithtrees@mstdn.social When I announced & explained what it was, ppl boosted & popped up to voice their support, even visited the old Qs & commented!! :partyparrot: Organic fun stuff still needs a little organization & persistence, I think. I was a reddit moderator for yrs starting around 2010 & organizing fun stuff actually attracted ppl to the platform just so they could participate. Best example for masto: #Monsterdon - has been going for yrs & hosted nowhere else.
