In the The Bridge on the River Kwai, the filmmakers had the POWs whistle the "Colonel Bogey March" because the actual lyrics British soldiers sang to the melody in WW2 were considered too offensive for 1957 cinema audiences: Hitler has only got one ball, Goering has two, but they are very small.
