@jaseg@chaos.social like if i have 64 lanes and use one for an x16 nic, i have 48 left which is enough for 12 x4 devices and i can't fit 13 cards in a normal 4U chassis or e-atx mobo lol

@jaseg@chaos.social some of my storage servers actually have little bifurcation cards in them that hold four m.2 22110, two on each side, in a x16 slot. If your host supports bifurcation they work well
