@44@defcon.social Christmas in July is definitely a thing here - but it's fairly niche, and most of us can't be bothered. Christmas is a time of unstable weather, backyard cricket, days at the beach or the pool, and maybe waiting for the start of the Sydney to Hobart yacht race. Christmas when it's cold just feels wrong, y'know?
