@Ashedryden@xoxo.zone If you are on a board, you are responsible for appointing and dismissing the top management of a company. If these people have just admitted that they made terrible business decisions purely on the basis of believing some vendor’s marketing material then you have a duty to shareholders to dismiss them. If you are a shareholder and the board does not intervene, then you may want to consider a vote to dissolve the board and appoint a competent one.
