Hmm, good question, I do have an account on both platforms. I feel like Loops is more tiktok Like. Peertube is made to be an alternative to YT. It depends on the target group you want to reach. Loops used more standup shot videos while peertube mostly 16/9 vids. In terms of users I believe peertube is somewhat larger but that might be my perception so take that with a grain of salt.
