Kameya Yoshinaga (亀屋良長) created a special 'ubatama mizu manjū' (烏羽玉水まんじゅう) for 'TEA SALON TANK', a mobile-café run by 'TANK' (株式会社TANK)😋 Typical ubatama are made from red bean paste mixed with dark sugar, rolled into balls and then covered with agar jelly😋 #実相院 #岩倉 #Kyoto #京都
