@azonenberg@ioc.exchange it doesn't take much to start a grass fire on a hot July day here. The one I was closest to was on the grounds of the Loveland Keysight office when I was interning there.
Where the fire started was below a pole with a crisp squirrel at the bottom of it and no tall trees.

@kevswims@hachyderm.io I wonder if it was like metal fragments from the blowing fuse or something that actually lit the grass up rather than the squirrel? like, the squirrel was the proximate cause of the incident but not the literal ignition source
