Typical single phase customer connection in a downtown area.
Three phases plus neutral on the top crossarm (odd L shaped layout instead of T perhaps to give more clearance to nearby trees) and a single phase transformer with only a single tap clamp, stirrup, and fuse driving it.
The wires crossing the street are mostly mechanical support guys although the ones near the bottom are telecom.

Zooming in closer you can see there's a cylindrical gray squirrel guard over the primary bushing to keep critters climbing the pole from simultaneously touching the high voltage primary bushing on the top and the grounded transformer body simultaneously. This is invariably fatal to the animal and also usually blows the fuse causing a localized power outage to anyone on the transformer.
