@austinkocher@mastodon.social Actually, ICE needs to be abolished and NOT replaced, and every single one of their agents needs to face justice before an international tribunal. I can see it now, a mass arraignment in Washington DC before a body of international jurists, 500 former ICE agents per day. It will take at least 40 days to hear all the cases. Each day the screaming crowd outside grows, and as the offenders are perp-walked into the courthouse a rain of rotting fruit descends upon them. Nobody makes a move against the throwers. At about Noon, someone erects a prop guillotine with a "Nuremburg II" banner flying from it. Soon the chants begin, soft at first, then louder and louder
