@BobLefridge@mastodon.nz @paulh@cloudisland.nz @leighelse@mastodon.nz I agree totally with your views. Two important considerations. The US is a nation facing a decline in wealth and power. Less than 4% of the world's population live in the US. The current NZ coalition government seems hell bent on sticking with "the good old days ( which never were that good) rather than focusing on future resilience.
