When the leprosy first appeared and began to eat away at Cirle’s flesh, he suspected the sorcery of a rival. Someone had broken through his wards to hang this curse upon him, and so he countered the attack quickly and severely with a season of murder and violence that left the other great sorcerers dead and placed him alone at the head of the council.But the inflamed boils spread and worsened. No elixir and no enchantment could remove the curse. He sent emissaries of smoke and whisper across the land but none could find the cure. He dared not venture back into the outer planes so Cirle chose to seek answers in the planes of time. 1/7
