It’s reasonable to assume that factions within Israel, particularly those with conservate or far-right leanings, would oppose progressive rights for LGBTQIA+ communities. However, the ongoing genocide likely diverts attention, leaving little room for rolling back such ideological concerns. Given their history, there are concerns that, if unchecked, Tel Avi could eventually impose restrictions—or worse—on LGBTQIA+ rights. In short, the Israeli #LGBTQIA+ community is living on borrowed time. 🔚
