The more Trump's polling numbers go down, the more shooting attempts there are. Maybe it is becuase Trump is staging these, and getting desperate. Maybe it is because as Trump becomes less popular, more people think it would be a good idea to shoot him. The why is not very important to me. What matters is that each time this happens, the bump in his poll numbers get smaller and smaller. At this point, the bump is essentially negligible, and his poll numbers continue to plummet. At some point, these things are going to cause the public to perceive him as weak. Things will get fun after that. I take back what I said above.
