@meluzzy@woof.tech as an aside, I suppose according to this format, your definition of TZ=UTC+06:00 (for example) is "incorrect", in that the intention of this format is to define the timezone you've named - so my understanding is that correct usage would be something like TZ=CST+06:00. (This is made clearer if you add %Z to your date format...)
