@siblingsofthevoid@void.lgbt not only is it legal, it's ubiquitous. Most testing facilities have a form to fill out to account for false positives. If a prescription runs out we are supposed to turn the remainder in to a pharmacy so they can destroy it. Nobody does, but that's what the FDA recommends.
