@Caiotekit@convo.casa most online lessons for diatonic harmonicas use a C harmonica so you are probably best to start there.
You can play in different keys on a diatonic, often referred to as 'positions', but that normally involves learning slightly more advanced techniques such as bending (changing the pitch of a draw or blow note by changing your mouth shape) or overblows (which are quite advanced and I haven't managed to do yet)
If you want to play in different keys you will probably end up with a small collection of harps.
Also you do get what you pay for in harmonica world, so please don't go for a super cheap one.
I see someone has already mentioned the circle of fifths, which gives an idea of 'positions' and the keys that you play in.
