@ZDL@mstdn.social oh totally agree, this wasn't made in good faith. Especially since the news release that announced this survey uncritically talks about the government's "AI for all" strategy as a good thing, and links to their article about "enhancing trust in AI through transparency", which kinda spells out their desired outcome. That doesn't stop us from loudly letting them know that we understand completely what this is all about, and we're not even a tiny bit pleased about any of this.
