@benroyce@mastodon.social The one useful thing that I've learned from Republicans is "if your representative doesn't roll their eyes when they hear your name, then you're not doing enough." Absolutely vote, and stop pretending that "protest votes" do anything useful. But also call, write letters, and hold meetings pushing whoever's elected, because if you don't, they only hear from the worst constituents, happy to claim to represent the entire community.
