Hot take as an alcohol abstinent, but I think if at any point you were a threat to safety of other creatures under influence of alcohol, I believe it would be ethical (assuming possible) to induce alcohol beverage allergy in your body (such allergies already exist AFAIK).
Drinking alcohol is not necessary for existence, it's harmful in any amounts, and if you show at any point that you've lost control because of it, to me this could be seen as measured and balanced response to take your ability to intake such beverages for life.
Counter arguments will probably run in direction of it being too big and lasting of an intervention in someone's life and body (disputable) and potential unintended consequences, especially with amount of available medicine with such induced allergy (unsure how likely that one is).
