You are now a co-creator with the millions of artists that the ai was trained on. It is completely understandable that people wouldn't be happy with that. People want to support "artists" not "producers".
An artist is defined by their particularism, as an art apreciator you are tapping into a distinct human expression. That is diluted when you use ai. This is why even if an ai image could be indistinguishable from a human piece, it would still be inherently soulless. The bond of human spirit between the patron and artist is tainted. The more ai one relies on, the more it is molested.
People wonder why most "right wing" culture sucks. Art isn't just a product. I weep for the brain dead who will usher in the erra of the slop singularity.
