I’m very new to leadership - hell, I wouldn't even call it that atm. I'm struggling to consistently stay true to my inner compass - to use my core values as a guiding star in every situation. Still slipping into old, dysfunctional habits sometimes and this makes me...sad. Because I know that I could do better.
So I'm ruminating...how can I strengthen my core to ensure that my colleagues feel safe with me - even in times of conflict?
