With both myself and my kids having a healthy dose, it’s an eternal self learning journey. You might have some insights after years of living with it that they don’t but you still don’t entirely know their heads either. I like to push the idea of known truth reflections. If things get confusing and chaotic take a bit to redirect towards some thing or fact that is undeniably true, and then use that pause to clear out the noise in the rest of things. It’s not saying anything is abnormal, but just taking a bit to clear the clutter.
