Other than those old posts, the spam,csam problem is solved

@verita84@detroitriotcity.com @bronze@pl.kitsunemimi.club Well Matty has tried to federate with NOSTR 2x and both times have turned out to be object failures. So he's keeping that Closed for a long time now. NCD Won't be federating with NOSTR/NOSTR Won't be federating with NCD anytime soon.
