The feeling always reminded me of HG2TG - The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, where people go to watch and be entertained by the end of everything. Some of my paintings give me that feeling. People just carrying on as the world burns around them. As if eons of life struggling to evolve, be, then be destroyed on our watch, by our hands, is meaningless. We are the worst thing to happen to this planet.
