Maybe, but apply.fbijobs.gov is at 153.31.112.71, and runs (ran?) Peoplesoft. 153.31.0.0/16 is FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (FCJIS-Z).

From there, the group managed to access AWS GovCloud servers and downloaded data. The representative said the exfiltrated data totalled between two and three terabytes. so seems like that was just an entryway to a much larger cloud hoard. 2-3TB, wonder what that could be
