@oldrawgabbit@mastodon.world After living off freebies we slowly came to the realization that all this convinience wasn't actually free. We paid with our info and our freedom. The hell we're living in is allowed and maintained by us. We know what's killing us but it also drives more and more aspects of our lives. The bilionaires that are so hungry for your data? They're people, they're us. We feed them. They're easy to starve. We know how. We also love our phones and apps too much to do sh!t about it.
