@UKFilmNerd@mastodon.me.uk I like the simplicity of folders and markdown files, so i use @nextcloud@mastodon.xyz Notes: on my PC, i edit the notes using a simple text editor; on Android, I use the app or an text editor that supports WebDAV (QuickEdit+). If you would like to try it I suggest to open a free account on @disroot@nixnet.social. Other alternatives I’ve used (both free and on @fdroidorg@floss.social ): - @joplinapp@mastodon.social synced with Nextcloud or WebDAV; - imapnotes2 synced with an IMAP email account
