The weather has changed a little. First rain in a few weeks, even here which is usually quite damp. Hopefully some of the tail-end of the weather system makes it as far south as Bordeaux. We were intending to go there in a couple of weeks time, and there’s quite a lot of fire there right now… it’ll be very sad if all that old pine forest burns down.
