well, there's just an hour left on this, so i think it's safe to talk about it without affecting the final results [34% human, transgender; 28% human, cisgender; 31% nonhuman, transgender, and just 7% nonhuman, cisgender at time of writing]. first of all: wow, transgender folks make up over half of the population, just barely coming short of a full two thirds. that's a lot more than i was expecting! cis respondents were far, far more likely to be human, which i expected to see: if you haven't critically examined your gender, you probably haven't examined your species, either, and vice versa. my hypothesis, though - that transgender folks are *majority* nonhuman - seems to have been totally off the mark: instead it's an almost 50/50 split, and if anything there are slightly more transgender humans than transgender nonhumans. thanks for your responses, everyone! :YoshiWave:
