@darius@friend.camp Rose Levie Baranbaum’s bread bible is fairly comprehensive and well tested. It was published in 2003 so no Tangzhong method milk breads, or the modern ultra high hydration sourdoughs but for any classic bread recipe it’s my preferred source

@darius@friend.camp if you’re looking for good sourdough recipes, Hamelman’s Bread is very well regarded as well. I think it’s on its 3rd or 4th addition now?
