Trying to think when the last time was I have not seen a message like that when trying to reach out to support (not just GitHub). Maybe if you're experiencing higher that normal volume all the time, it is the new normal? Maybe you shouldn't have replaced most of your support staff with BS AI agent (kudos to GH for not pushing chatbots down your throat)? I feel like I'm experiencing higher than normal volumes of corporate buffoonery and the patience is running out...
