OT1H, yay for making sure their employees get tips (if that is, in fact the case, as others have pointed out), but OTOH by not disclosing that head of time, I think they're opening themselves up prosecution and/or civil lawsuits for fraudulent business practices. Yikes. I wonder if that's chain-wide or just SF.
