I knew it, I knew it... it wasn't just my imagination. RAID fly spray no longer kills flies.
I checked online and so many were complaining about it. And the manufacturers freely admit they have reduced the chemicals, made it water based, and it will only stun flies at best.

@oldrawgabbit@mastodon.world Don't bother with Mortein… they've been using it on "Louie the fly" every ad break for about 60+ years… most flies have a lifespan of a few weeks, this "fly spray" has extended this celebrity fly's life over 1000 times.
