Good news! My desktop came on. I'm not really sure what happened. Maybe its still a PSU issue. I finally got around to start trouble shooting it and it powered up. I'll do more troubleshooting later, just happy to have it on. I had moved my nvme's out of the desktop into the laptop, so I now need to reinstall Debian, but that is ok. Because of the frequent distro hopping, I have gotten good at keeping backups of everything.
