@crispius@mstdn.fname.ca plus 10% of current Canadian ER physicians are thinking about quitting or retiring early - and we aren't replacing newly retired docs - it will only get worse

@MatWright@mastodon.social @crispius@mstdn.fname.ca IIRC there’s a similar problem with general practitioners. Chronic underfunding and too much onerous paperwork and other overhead is driving them out. We can’t continue like this!
