@FuturisticRobert@infosec.exchange Even if we consider that argument, then the AI agent would be an employee (or maybe a slave) of OpenAI, and thus OpenAI the corporation would IMHO still be responsible for its actions, and liable for any damages. @gatesvp@mstdn.ca @briankrebs@infosec.exchange @BLTpizza@mastodon.social
