@jonobie@social.coop I'm not, but it wouldn't be surprised if many local support organizations were willing to facilitate that kind of swap. Would need to be a bit "under the table" since providing HRT counts as dispensing medication without a pharmacy license. (As opposed to receiving it which is not illegal)
