@pearofdoom@cloudisland.nz @PetraOleum@cloudisland.nz rating valuations only really matter to rates total if your property goes down a bunch more (or up a bunch more) than other properties in the city change. Otherwise it’s basically just new city budget divided by similar *ratios* as before. My impression is the city valuations as a whole all went down from the previous one (which was done near the top of the property bubble from memory).
