@adulau@infosec.exchange to answer my own question on Pi Pico... its PIO system is nowhere near fast enough for this freq band, though I did find people using it as an FM receiver... but only the sampling part... https://hackaday.com/2024/06/05/the-pi-pico-an-sdr-receiver-front-end/
