ugh I really need to get a shower chair so that I don't need to sit for 20 minutes immediately after showering bc my body wants to fall over.
hey btw I might have POTS 🙃

@vlpatton@transfem.social my partner has to do that everytime they shower. Finding anyone within a few hours' drive who can actually diagnose POTS is next to impossible here. We have a shower stool. I've used it on occasion when joint pain was bad. It's worth it.
