@bloor@bloor.tw saves a huge bunch on brake pads, too.
I’m still amazed at my PHEV Golf GTE. It happily knocks out 70 miles on battery and then 60+ mpg on petrol. Well, it does unless I go all a bit silly with it 😉

@rachel@norfolk.social there is a downside to regen, I’ve had to replace front pads and discs at the first MOT, then the rears for the 2nd MOT 🙄 I now make sure the give the brakes a bit more use when the battery is full and not doing regen…
