I was on hold for about 5 minutes which isn’t bad. I said my piece to the support person, asked her to pass it to her manager and appropriate department, was calm and respectful and explained why I would not be buying from Tim’s until this promotion is ended. She thanked me for my opinion and promised to send it along. I hope she/they get a lot of these phone calls today. #canpoli #jkrowling #harrypotter #transrights #lgbtq
