@SnoopJ@hachyderm.io relatedly, one of my great regrets from my time in the calendar mines is that we never got remotely close to implementing my idea of "schedule pressure". like, if you have ICs who are supposed to be doing *work*, then there ought to be a _cost_ to scheduling an interruption of a work block, and a limit to how much time can be used by meetings, even if it is nominally "free"
